PANEER CAKE

I love Donna Hay's cooking. It really is fast, fresh and simple. Saw one of the recipes she used to make a souffle and tweaked it a bit. Instead of goat's cheese I used paneer and instead of fresh breadcrumbs I used self raising flour. And the result was a soft and really yummy cake. 



You can see and taste bits of the paneer. It sure is one of a kind and I loved the outcome.
