RED VELVET CAKE with MASCARPONE FILLING and YUMM FROSTING

I love to experiment with cake recipes. I will never follow a recipe to the 't'. I made a red velvet cake. I had never used cream cheese for a filling and I always wanted to use it. And as the cake gurus go, there's nothing more complete than a red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting....yummmmmmmm.
I was wondering what to frost over the cake and one of the recipes that I had tried earlier was a soft and delicious and melt-in-your-mouth icings. And you can imagine the outcome.....
