FUNKY CAKES in GOA

I decided to make Red Velvet cupcakes for my two friends. Came up with an interesting and most delicious recipe. All the cakes were over in minutes and I used a different kind of frosting that I researched on the net. It takes a little while to make it but it's finger licking good. This is a picture of the mini cake as the cupcakes were over in minutes.

I'm crazy about desserts. I wanted to try out Tiramisu. Got to actually trying out and made a Cheat's Tiramisu. I didn't use any eggs. I made some sponge biscuits, droused them in coffee, layered them. I used whipping cream in between the layers. And the result was fantastic. Since my sister was coming for lunch, I had to come up with some eggless dessert. I went online and found a recipe for a chocolate marie biscuit roll. It has a coconut filling inside. The result was a melt-in-your mouth delight. And my all time favourite is Strawberries with ice- cream.

My sister always wanted to try out a moist chocolate cake. One without eggs. And I finally made some eggless chocolate cupcakes for her for Womens' Day.

I wanted to make this cake in a long time. I had prepared it earlier. This recipe uses no eggs. It tastes great with a serving of vanilla ice-cream. It makes a wonderful healthy snack at any point of the day.
