DECADENT FLOURLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE

I've been away from my blog for an awfully long time as my computer was giving nasty problems. Now that's sorted and I'm back. Here's what I have been upto...

Prepared this flourless chocolate cake using a recipe I found online. It is truly meant for the serious chocoholic. I loved it and with a scoop of vanilla ice cream it was just divine.

CRICKET SET CAKE

I wanted to surprise a young relative with a cricket set cake. So I made him a cricket bat, ball, leg pads, hat, jersey and the works. Since he likes Sachin, I used a picture as a score board. The result..see.... I used a moist vanilla cake recipe which I found online. After reading the reviews, I decided that it was the right cake to prepare. But I was disappointed when I tasted the final result. The cake was tasty but not at all moist. Will never try that recipe again.
