FUNKY CAKES in GOA

Every now and then, there is someone who desires cake. So I end up baking more than usual just to satisfy these cravings...be it mine only...... Yesterday I made Choco-chip cup-cakes using a book recipe. Here's the outcome: The verdict - soft chocolatey cupcakes . In a tin, I placed banana slices, topped with walnuts and used the same batter to make something different. And the result was good.

I've been away from my blog for an awfully long time as my computer was giving nasty problems. Now that's sorted and I'm back. Here's what I have been upto... Prepared this flourless chocolate cake using a recipe I found online. It is truly meant for the serious chocoholic. I loved it and with a scoop of vanilla ice cream it was just divine.
